The remaining dessert makers must take their favourite Arnott's biscuit and turn it into an amazing new dessert. One dessert maker suffers an epic meltdown as the heat rises in the kitchen.

For this Sweet Sensations task, they have to demonstrate their burning passion by creating a dessert inspired by fire. Who will capture the drama of fire and set the judges' worlds alight?

The remaining dessert makers must tap into their natural talent. To make it to the end, they'll not only need to draw on everything they've learned but also trust their natural instincts.
