Soonyang Motors has been Chairman Jin Yang-chul’s long dream. Knowing that, Do-jun fully supports Chairman Jin and earns more trust from him. Soonyang’s longtime rival, Daeyoung bids to acquire Hando Steel, and Chairman Jin learns later that one of his sons was helping Daeyoung behind his back.

The IMF crisis causes Ahjin Motors to file for court receivership. Chairman Jin Yang-chul wants to acquire the company, but Do-jun stops him at all costs because he knows it will bring misery to his family from his previous life.
