Toru has an epiphany and asks to take part in Not Alone activities. At St. Magokoro Hospital, Yoko treats a girl who has overdosed on painkillers.

St. Magokoro changes its weekly schedule after Shiraki raises concerns. Keizo and Toru seize the chance and begin running a beauty clinic on Mondays.

Awaking in a love hotel, Okamoto sees Mai's apron and panics. Later, Mai brings an American TV crew to St. Magokoro to film the staff at work.

A nightclub host returns from overseas with a viral infection, leading to an outbreak of a new disease that soon becomes known as the Kabukicho virus.

Amid the ongoing pandemic, Not Alone disbands and Mai disappears. Yoko and the others spring into action when the floor at a nightclub collapses.
