From the green fields of Tipperary to the dramatic coastline of West Cork, Julia journeys across the south of Ireland, with kayaking, medieval abbeys, and gourmet food.

Through Ireland's 'Wild' west and up the coastal Wild Atlantic Way, Julia travels from rocky Burren to Galway and the hills of Connemara - sifting for mussels in a spectacular fjord.

In Dublin and its lush surrounding countryside, Julia encounters Irish music, Gaelic sports, fashion and great food, as well as literary Dublin and a very special forest.

Julia travels through Northern Ireland and the northwest corner of the Republic, experiencing everything from sailing to surfing to a seaweed bath.
