Twenty contestants from five teams enter the ultimate battle of strategy, deception, and survival in Bloody Game X. After a brutal opening escape challenge, one team is exiled to the harsh outdoor camp while the others enter the Bloody Mansion. As alliances begin to form and rivalries resurface, players compete for the prize money in the first Money Challenge, where politics, trust, and betrayal prove just as important as intelligence.

Trust crumbles as alliances are tested in a series of high-stakes card battles. Teams abandon promises to pursue zero-win strategies, manipulate Mates, and fight for crucial points while confusion over the elimination rules fuels distrust. As Team P1 becomes the target of every other team, rival factions unite, forcing desperate gambles that completely transform the game's balance of power.

The exiled players scramble to earn coins by trading ingredients and gambling at the Ghost Casino, where one risky bet changes everything. Later, six players face off in the first Deathmatch, where one contestant will be eliminated. Meanwhile, the first Money Challenge, Mystery Time, begins. Armed with only limited information, the players must race to uncover hidden clues and identify the correct keywords. With a major advantage on the line, which team will come out on top?

Team P3 continues its dominant run, prompting the other 4 teams to unite in an effort to take them down. After a tense vote, the strategic game of 3-Story Gomoku decides who survives. Meanwhile, shifting alliances set the stage for the high-stakes Blind Auction team game, where every bid could dramatically alter the course of the competition.
