The Armenian Dating Show

Shant, an inexperienced dater, goes on a blind date with Natasha after meeting his hilarious dad Henry and best friend Menua. After learning her younger sister is getting engaged, Vanessa searches for her own Armenian match. Vanessa’s large family puts her blind date Tadeh through to the test, but he has a few tricks up his sleeve.

Shant meets Natasha for the first time. With Shant’s age in the back of Natasha’s mind, will Shant prove that his maturity level is up to her standards? Vanessa goes on her first blind date with the handsome and successful Tadeh. Will Tadeh’s flirting techniques win the heart of Vanessa?

We see how Natasha feels about Shant when he asks for another one…another date. Vanessa’s family sees a familiar face when Vanessa’s second date, Hampik walks through their door. Hampik might have met the family before, but is he ready for their tough questions?

Vanessa explores a potential romantic connection with an old family friend, Hampik. After being rejected by Natasha, Shant trusts the process and goes on a date with Cami at Carousel Restaurant.

Ari, a serial hobbyist with an affinity for the outdoors, recently moved to Los Angeles to begin his medical residency at USC, but also to be a part of the large Armenian community. Liz, a one of a kind vegan Armenian, meets Ari’s family friends and bonds with Ari’s sister. Henry and Menua gear up to meet another blind date for Shant.

Liz finds out if Ari’s eyebrows live up to her sister’s standards on their blind date. City attorney Aleksan is called to the stand and is put through cross-examination by Vicki, Ron, and the rest of Vanessa’s family.

Ari’s family meets his second date, Maro, a dentist who also enjoys exploring different hobbies. Shant shoots his shot with Liana, but has he learned from his past dates, or will he airball? Aleksan’s suspicions are put to rest when he finds out Vanessa is real.

Shant and Liana encounter some strange characters on their second date in the Old Los Angeles Zoo in Griffith Park. Meanwhile, Vanessa and Aleksan learn how to make a traditional Artsakh dish with the help of local Glendale restaurant Zhengyalov Hatz. Ari meets Maro at Urartu Cafe, where they discover they are both “hyper people” or people constantly trying new activities.

She’s baaack! Natasha returns for another shot at Armenian love, this time with Ari. Vanessa and Aleksan finish their second date at Zhengyalov Hatz.

After a one-of-a-kind second date reminiscent of a Scooby-Doo episode, Shant and Liana discuss what’s next for them. Shant and Henry open up about their family and talk about Shant’s journey throughout the show. Ari and Natasha visit an Armenian coffee cup reader for a second date.
